Individual training

One-on-one training, fully tailored to your sight, your case and your pace — when you want the full focus to be on you alone, with dates by arrangement.

Who it's for

When individual training is the right choice

Group training — in person or online — suits most people. But for some cases and needs, one-on-one work is better, where everything is adapted to you.

  • you have strabismus, amblyopia (lazy eye) — conditions the group training isn't intended for
  • your case is more complex or specific and needs a tailored plan
  • you want privacy and the full focus on you alone
  • you want to work at your own pace, with dates by arrangement

The same method — relaxation, focus, control — but the pace, plan and dates are built around your case, not around a group.

1 · Assessment

We look at your case and starting point, then build a plan just for you.

2 · 1:1 work

We guide you through the exercises one on one, at a pace that suits you.

3 · Follow-up

We track your progress and adjust the plan until you lock in the result.

Tokom predavanja bih zaspala više puta usled neverovatnog umora i bola u očima. Vežbe sam efektivno radila 7 meseci i rešila ogromnu plus dioptriju zajedno sa upornim strabizmom.

Questions

Common questions before individual training.
Is the Workshop suitable for adults and children who have already had surgery for strabismus, dioptre removal, cataracts or an artificial lens implant?
Yes. We have many participants whose strabismus returned after surgery. Even in a case where a cataract was removed and an artificial lens implanted, you can successfully recover vision problems.
How do I establish that the dioptre, cylinder or strabismus is gone?
Each individual vision problem has its own test. You get all the materials at the Workshop and you are fully independent in your work.
What if there's a difference in dioptre between the two eyes?
That's not a problem. Through testing at the Workshop we determine how big the difference is. The weaker eye with the higher dioptre is always exercised first. Once the dioptres even out, you continue with both eyes so that progress is even.
Does vision training let us get rid of bifocal or multifocal glasses?
Yes. At the Workshop we measure the dioptre for near and distance. Based on that measurement you get exercises and a work plan, along with guidance on how to adapt your glasses to function, since you can't drop them straight away.
Do you keep doing the exercises after reaching perfect vision?
No. From time to time you can check your vision, but the exercises don't need to be done.
