Cancellation and refund policy

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for paid online Trening vida sessions organised by SightWay Inc. (trading as “Trening vida”). Payment is processed via the payment processor Stripe, and for participants from the EU the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU also applies.

Cancellation by the participant

  • More than 7 days before the date — full refund.
  • Between 3 and 7 days before the date — partial refund or transfer to the next date.
  • Less than 3 days before the date — no refund, with the option to arrange a transfer.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned via Stripe to the same payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
