Group training, in person

Two days with an instructor and a group: you release the strain, get your focus back, and leave with your own exercise plan. Eyes that last the whole day — that's trainable.

Why a workshop

What quietly costs you sharpness by the end of the day

Part of the blur isn't the shape of the eye but a spasm. Where that's the case, distance clarity returns for many people — how much for you, the work shows.

  • an afternoon vision dip and blur toward the end of the day
  • burning, dryness and eye fatigue from screens
  • headaches from strain
  • lost focus and slow shifting of the gaze from near to far
  • the habit of tense, strained looking that keeps it all going

The order is always the same: first the spasm eases, then focus returns, and finally the eyes hold clarity on their own.

1 · Relaxation

We release the built-up strain; the eyes and mind rest first.

2 · Focus

We bring back the ease of shifting the gaze from near to far.

3 · Control

You teach your eyes to hold clarity on their own, through the day, effortlessly.

Od tinejdžerskih dana mi je oslabio vid. Ukupno 30 godina nosim kontaktna sočiva. Kada sam čula koliko su sočiva loša po moje oči, rešila sam da ih se REŠIM.

Dates

Choose your date

We hold workshops in person in cities across the region when a group forms. Children from age 8 (with a parent) and adults both take part — guided from start to finish.

Upcoming dates

The workshop is for you if…

  • you want to reduce eye strain and fatigue and build healthier seeing habits
  • you can set aside 2–3 days a week for exercises
  • you believe you can achieve a result and you're ready to work on it
In-person workshops are occasional and tied to a city and date — Belgrade, Zagreb, Podgorica, Skopje and Banja Luka. If there's no date in your city right now, you do the same method straight away online, from home.

Questions

Common questions before the workshop.
Is the Workshop suitable for adults and children who have already had surgery for strabismus, dioptre removal, cataracts or an artificial lens implant?
Yes. We have many participants whose strabismus returned after surgery. Even in a case where a cataract was removed and an artificial lens implanted, you can successfully recover vision problems.
Why is it important that participating children are aged 8 and older?
Our greatest joy is working with children, where the real magic happens. Children come with the mandatory presence of one parent. The children are the ones doing the exercises, so they must understand them. That's why age 8 matters. The exercises are adapted for children and taught through play.
What if there's a difference in dioptre between the two eyes?
That's not a problem. Through testing at the Workshop we determine how big the difference is. The weaker eye with the higher dioptre is always exercised first. Once the dioptres even out, you continue with both eyes so that progress is even.
Are the exercises complicated and hard?
At the Workshop you get a work plan with the rhythm for doing the exercises. Depending on the vision problem, you may have 1–3 exercises, and they're simple. Doing an exercise takes 1–2 minutes, so it doesn't require hours of focus, but it's important to do them at set intervals for fast progress.
How long do you need to do the exercises before the first results show?
For some participants the first results show after just a few days of practice, and for most within about a week.
